POOL SERVICE MANAGER™ app is an iPhone/iPad/iPod pool industry newsletter for pool route service technicians and managers. It brings you monthly news features in pool management, pool safety and the pool industry. Subscriber to Pool Service Manger also receives pool route management tools that improve efficiency and profitability for any pool service company.

Pool Service Manager™ is inexpensive and easy-to-use app. Information is stored and organized for quick access including reports that summarize previous service activities, expense information, shopping lists, and a chemical dosage, water balance and other calculators. Data can be exported to Excel.

Modules:
Digital News Module provides regular updates on important service route information
•Customer Module stores your customer’s contact information, pool equipment descriptions, and notes.
•Data Log Module allows you to select the services or repairs provided during your visit, to record the chemical test results, and chemicals added or repairs performed.
•Report Module sorts service history for each customer or can show how often specific treatments or repairs were performed.
•Scheduling Module consists of two parts: TO-DO list and Scheduled events.
•Tools Module features various tools to help improve efficiency. Email your office retail staff, or customer about billing charges. Send a shopping list to your vendors to make pick up quicker.
•Calculators include Saturation Index, Breakpoint Chlorination, Chemical Dosage, and Pool Volume calculators.

The app is designed for iOS 5 it will not function in previous version of iOS.

In order to access NSPF Digital News and unlimited use of premium tools user must purchase subscription.

•Subscription length: One-month price: $15.99
•Subscription length: One-year price: $159.99
•Pool Service Manager App is a subscription-based app. User can download a free version, which will allow the user to create one customer account only. Some of the app’s functionality is available in the free version. The NSPF Digital News and access to premium tools become available with the paid subscription.
•The subscription price will be charged to the user’s iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
•The user have to re-purchase subscription at the end of current subscription period.
•Subscription may be purchased by the user in App Subscription screen.
•The expiration date of current subscription will be displayed in App Subscription screen and in Customers screen.
•No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
•User will not be allowed to purchase new subscription until current subscription expires.
•In order to apply subscription to all Pool Service Manager Apps installed on multiple devices under the same iTunes account, user must update to iOS 5 and activate iCloud functionality.
•After installing the app on another device under the same account it might take few minutes to sync the app with the other devices.
